Individual endeavors by or Business initiatives are usually directed at trying to achieve identified goals. At SYN-O-VATE ACADEMY, we recognize the consistent determination of many individuals to succeed and their need for continuous motivation so entrepreneurial endeavors can meet their chosen goals. Whether you call yourself an entrepreneur or you think you are just a regular employee, we think everyone striving for results and who has an intention to commit to improvement on the way to success, is an entrepreneur.

Various events and factors have adversely affected our World, making the timing of this edition of the SYNOVATE ACADEMY blog entirely appropriate. So, we join the whole World to commend the efforts that came together to create significant breakthroughs that have brought us closer to overtaking the devastation wreaked by Covid-19.

Science, Healthcare Practitioners, Governmental Institutions, Manufacturing Industries, Emergency Responsive Teams, and Communication Groups have all been brought to a convergence of unprecedented operational effectiveness. Thereby, we see tremendous and improved outcomes on all fronts. Developments that will leapfrog into greater ones at faster rates as the days go by.

We recognize that Mankind as a thinker and a quick learner, will shorten the learning curve as time goes by.

In the future, we should learn to make the best of any past slip-ups and prevent repeats. Most importantly, everyone has to put on a thinking cap. As we do, it will cascade to groups and demographic units.

From the desks of SYN-O-VATE ACADEMY and our online learning design forum, we present a new (free) motivational method titled SUSTAINING ENDEAVOR. The enrollment process has already started, and as a participant, you will engage with others in self-paced sequences of fun projects which should last a total of 3 weeks.

We are optimistic that all participants will gain a cascade of leveraging skills, allowing them to take their endeavors to more successful completion rates.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said:

The creation of a thousand forests is in one acorn.

But we have to plant the acorn first!
